Night Prep Love You Brunches 1805 Suite G120 Parker Road SE, Conyers, GA 30094 Job Overview We are seeking a Night Prep team member to join our culinary team. The Night Prep role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly during open hours, focusing on meal preparation and cleaning tasks. Responsibilities Nightly prep work, including but not limited to slicing and dicing vegetables and proteins, making sauces, etc. Cleaning duties, including but not limited to cleaning floors (sweeping, scrubbing, squeegee, and mopping), cleaning waffle irons, hoods and drip pans, dishes, etc. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry, particularly within a restaurant or catering setting, is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations and meal preparation techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. Must be able to work nights primarily during the late week and on weekends.
