Summary:

Prepare and produce all food menu items according to recipe specifications provided and food sanitation standards for consumption by guests. Maintain cleanliness of food preparation and storage areas.

Qualifications:

• Computer and basic mathematical skills
• Professional appearance
• Consistent hand washing and practical personal hygiene
• Effective and concise communication skills and reasoning ability
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled
• Some physical labor, such as mopping, crouching/kneeling, assist in moving kegs weighing up to 160 pounds, and lifting boxes weighing up to 80 pounds
• For those 18+ of age, ability to safely use an electrical carving instrument

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Thoroughly knowledgeable of all menu items and food preparation specifications
• Ensures consistency by following recipe cards and adhering to menu specifications
• Reading or listening to tickets to cook and prepare food orders for guests
• Creatively and attractively arrange and portion food on serving dishes and trays
• Prep food ingredients ahead of time for busy times ahead according to supervisor instruction
• Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary facility by adhering to food quality standards and regulations
• Consistently follows all company and departmental standards and procedures
• Completes all opening, closing and downtime lists as necessary
• Exercises care, performs required cleaning, and ensures all operating instructions, safety standards and guidelines are followed in relation to Company equipment and/or facility assets
• Communicates in a professional manner with coworkers to maintain a positive work environment
• Completes job responsibilities in a quick, efficient, and effective manner
• Reports to work on time in compliance with company dress code
• Responds well to a strong training culture which will result in being coached by supervisors and managers
• Completes all other task and duties as assigned
• Assist in checking in and putting away supply orders as necessary
