In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high standards of food quality and service are met. Duties Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste properly. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Support the culinary team in executing menu items efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Experience Previous experience in a food service or culinary environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new culinary techniques is essential.
