As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. This position requires individuals who are passionate about helping others and can thrive in a fast-paced setting. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the establishment, including food preparation and dining areas. Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and safety. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of product levels. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Utilize time management skills to efficiently complete tasks while maintaining high service standards. Experience Previous experience in customer service or food handling is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing time efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
