The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. This role involves various tasks, including taking orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables and service counters. Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to culinary standards. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Skills Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant environment is preferred. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is an asset. Proficiency in operating cash registers and familiarity with OS systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
