Full Job Description Description:

We’re a small, family-owned soul food restaurant known for our warm hospitality and homemade classics like fried chicken, collard greens, and mac & cheese. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our kitchen team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Prep vegetables, sides, and proteins as directed Keep kitchen areas clean and organized Assist cooks with basic food prep and plating Wash dishes, clean surfaces, and take out trash Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

Prior kitchen experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player who takes direction well Must be punctual and dependable
