OVERVIEW

Hi there! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Salad & Veggie Prep Assistant to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping our fresh, house-made items prepped and ready to go. You’ll be working with a variety of fresh produce and proteins, supporting our daily operations by prepping salad components and vegetables used in wraps, soups, salads, and other menu items. Efficiency and willingness to learn are key!

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, chop, and portion lettuce and other greens for salads Prepare proteins such as chicken for salad use Chop and prep a variety of vegetables for both salads and wraps Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift Ensure all produce and ingredients are stored properly and safely Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with other kitchen prep tasks as needed

Requirements:

Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment Strong attention to detail and consistency in prep work Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good communication and time management skills Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
