Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Pizza makers to join our team. You will assist in making delicious pizzas, other food preparation and ensure a smooth and clean operation of the kitchen. Your role will involve being a great team player and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Making the best pizzas in Hammond!
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling pizzas
• Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality and food cost
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
• Show up on time ready to work
• Honest and Dependable.

Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
• Hard worker and willing to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
