In person Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are met. Support cooks and other kitchen staff in various tasks as needed, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations. A passion for cooking and helping others through quality meal service.
