Team Member Responsibilities:
Follow all uniform and appearance standards. Execute the Core Four with the guests and the team. Create a clean and safe environment by keeping the restaurant neat and organized. Deliver fast and accurate service by being quick, but not hurried. Create safe and craveable food by following all Chick-fil-A procedures. Deliver genuine hospitality by using guest names and sharing warm welcomes and fond farewells. Anticipate guest needs by paying attention to details and using emotional intelligence.
