Job Summary:
As a Morning Prep Worker, you’ll be responsible for preparing key ingredients that go into our signature Greek-style pizzas. From stretching dough to making sauce and prepping vegetables, your work plays a vital role in delivering the consistent quality our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Stretch and portion Greek-style pizza dough for daily use Prepare house-made pizza sauces following our trusted recipes Wash, slice, and prep a variety of fresh vegetables Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area Assist with other prep or cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred, especially in pizza or dough prep Basic knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices Ability to follow recipes and instructions with consistency Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early morning hours Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Join the Village Pizza Family!
