OPENING PREP Job Description:
(7-8 AM Start time) Looking for someone to do opening prep work
- Salad Prep
- Cut cold cuts, veggies
- Fill salad unit/ necessary stocking for successful service
- All staff are responsible for maintaining a clean work space/cleaning
Job Requires:
Working a pizza oven, flat top grill, fryer, deli slicer Basic knife skills Preparing food (Pizza, Hot & Cold Subs, Fries, Wraps, Salads, ect.) Good Customer service Being clean & organized Teamwork Fast working but maintaining food quality Days, nights & weekends available Dependable Taking phone and walk in orders Able to lift boxes/ walk up & down stairs Solid work history with references Our goal: Is to provide quality food and excellent customer service to our guests. We have served the town of Melrose and it’s residents for 44 years! We are a family run and operated Pizza shop that offers a friendly work environment
