In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of sandwiches and charcuterie boards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our cafe. Duties . Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Square KDS system for order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Create new menu items and engage in the overall operation. Skills Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is required Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
