We are on target to open in late March/early April 2025. . . We are looking for hard working individuals to work in our kitchen and foster the art of hospitality within our walls. The ideal candidate is a seasoned restaurant professional, interested in personal growth with goals to move toward management and stability. Potential Candidates must be able to execute their job duties with composed urgency. . . Potential candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food techniques, kitchen equipment, and ingredients.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills, including handling high-pressure situations professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
- Must be self-motivated and service-oriented
- Committed to maintaining all aspects of quality before, during, and after service .
