As part of our team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality bagels and menu offerings to our customers. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with food. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bagels and menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions about menu items. Utilize Clover POS system for processing transactions accurately. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
