The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and service, with a focus on delivering high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment or willing to learn a new skill of pizza-making. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, while adhering to food safety standards and menu planning requirements. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu plans. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Ensure all food safety regulations are followed, including proper handling, cooking, and storage of food. Participate in catering events as required, ensuring timely delivery of meals. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools. Experience Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with culinary techniques and knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods are highly valued.
