Zaxby’s – Restaurant Team Crew Member 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 1729 Highway 45 North, Columbus, MS 39705 We are currently looking for team-oriented, highly motivated, and energetic Team Members to join our Zaxby’s family. Team members will be given the opportunity to work in various fast-paced positions throughout the entire restaurant which includes, but is not limited to, interacting with guests, taking orders, preparing & cooking food and cleaning/maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Zaxby’s Front of House or Back of House Development Plan – online & hands-on training Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave Assist with the preparation of food Maintain awareness of current promotions Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand Accurately complete orders and guest transactions Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment Clean & maintain guest and work areas Maintain equipment and informed management of maintenance needs Stock paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages Keep work areas clean and organized Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders Other work assigned
