Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Technician to join our team and assist with the production of our gummies for our medical cannabis line of edible products. This is a part-time, afternoon position ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently in a kitchen setting and enjoys hands-on, routine work.

Key Responsibilities:

Work to finish various batches of gummies and lead the sugaring process, according to company recipes and safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with restocking Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Follow all health and safety regulations, including temperature monitoring and cleanliness protocols Report any issues with equipment, ingredients, or production to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen, food production, or similar environment preferred Ability to follow instructions with precision Strong attention to detail and consistency Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Food Handler’s Certification is a plus, but not required Must be 21 years of age High school diploma or GED Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID Must pass any required background checks Must possess a valid state cannabis workers permit or be able to obtain one before the start of employment Organized and flexible, with a team-player mindset Why Join Us?
