We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team here to help us grow and improve our business. Our hours are mornings and afternoons, so applicants should have availability during these times. As part of the deli crew, you are expected to do food prep for the kitchen and deli, make sandwiches during lunch hours, and restock prepared meals throughout the day. This position also includes dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, and stocking the market and kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent business with the opportunity for advancement. We are willing to train motivated individuals who may not have food service experience. Starting wage is variable based on experience and skill level. Duties
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with meal preparation and food handling.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Follow all food industry regulations and guidelines. Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and guidelines.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required.
