Job Description
Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests needs and give them a reason to come back.
Duties
- Greet guests as they approach the counter to place an order
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Take and enter orders in the POS cash register
- Accurately count change before returning to the customer
- Relay customers’ orders to teammates and help prepare the order
- Stock work areas with condiments, napkins, and drink straws
- Pack orders and hand them to the customer
- Help keep the restaurant clean and tidyQualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Capable of counting money and making change
