We’re currently hiring experienced Line Cooks , Dishwashers , and Prep Cooks to join our team. These are fast-paced, hands-on roles ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who are passionate about quality food and kitchen teamwork. Responsibilities Line Cooks Prepare and cook menu items to restaurant standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen line Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Dishwashers Clean dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment thoroughly Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing and kitchen areas Assist with trash removal and overall kitchen sanitation Support the team with general cleaning and restocking Prep Cooks Prep ingredients according to recipes and par sheets Ensure prep area is clean, organized, and stocked Assist line cooks during service as needed Follow proper food handling and safety protocols Qualifications Previous experience is required for all positions Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Food Handler Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Interested?
