Their days include preparation, cooking and cleaning work. Here are just some of the expectations for this position:
• Work efficiently as a team member of a kitchen brigade.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards
• Ability to work among grill, sauté, fry, pizza and cold food stations All of our positions also share at least the following expectations:
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which may include weekends.
• Be a team player. Support and be supported by your co-workers.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and maintain a positive attitude with a pleasant demeanor.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
