• Brevard Rd is looking for a full time or part timeRestaurant Staff team member to join our team in Asheville, NC.

TheRestaurant Staff team member is responsible for customer serviceand commitment to excellence through meeting or exceedinghospitality and service standards.

Restaurant Staffresponsibilities include:

• Effectively communicate with managementin a timely manner regarding scheduling issues, customer serviceproblems, and equipment malfunctions.
• Follow all safety proceduresand guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and foodhandling and storage.
• Ensure all products are stocked, maintained,and prepared according to company quality standards.
• Maintain aclean, safe working environment.
• Clean the customer service areasby following the proper procedures as directed by the manager onduty, including outside landscaping, building entrances, diningroom tables and condiment stations, restrooms, and food productionand storage units.
• Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with allcompany assets by following company cash handling policies
• Demonstrate ability to be a “team player” by contributing to theteam’s success and communicating effectively with other CustomerService Representatives.
• Assume additional responsibilities asassigned.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness,hygiene, and health standards.
• Frequent washing of hands.

Aqualified candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalentor higher preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic andwillingness to learn
