Food Prep Cleveland Draft House – 4.0 Clayton, NC Job Details $12 – $14 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications ServSafe Cooking Entry level Full Job Description Cleveland Draft House in Clayton, NC is looking for one food prep to join our strong team. We are located on 461 Shotwell Rd Clayton NC. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Must be available on weekends. Hours are typically 3pm-9pm Responsibilities
- Set up and break down workstation
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
- Unloading of truck ( must be able to lift 50 lbs)
- Assist in Line Cooking during rush times Qualifications
- Experience working in BOH position
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Serve Safe Certification preferred We are looking forward to receiving your application.

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 – $14.00/hour.
