You will come in and start a batch of dough three days a week. Preferably Tuesday/Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dough Prep team member to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of dough for the day, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and mix dough according to established recipes and specifications. Ensure all ingredients are measured accurately to maintain consistency in product quality. Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times. Assist in the baking process, including monitoring ovens and adjusting temperatures as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service. Participate in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and reporting shortages. Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
