This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the Aloha POS system for processing transactions efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas in compliance with health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames. Skills Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Experience in food preparation and knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service or sales is advantageous but not required.
