Job Summary As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in preparing customer orders with care and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be expected to work with a sense of urgency and positive attitude. This role is very limited customer interaction, but when those interactions do occur, we want to provide the very best service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and assemble customer food orders and beverages to exact specifications. Our food and beverage offer is that of complete customization, our ticket will detail all requests in an easy to read flow. With this, accuracy is essential. Follow cleanliness and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Perform cleaning tasks and light prep work to keep operations running smoothly. Work efficiently under our guiding principles: friendly, clean, and efficient . Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in reading instructions. Maintain a professional and positive attitude with team members and customers. Stand and walk for extended periods, including covering relatively long distances in the workspace. Qualifications Ability to speak and read English fluently. Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service. Comfortable working on your feet for most of the shift (there will be downtime periods). Experience in food preparation or beverage crafting is a plus, but not required.
