Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during food handling and preparation. Help with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing workspaces. Support the catering team during events by preparing and serving food. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation. Skills Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential for maintaining a safe kitchen environment. Experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or catering setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail, particularly in food handling and presentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
