• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team.

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep tasks
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees, and desserts
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and organizing supplies
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines

• Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a kitchen environment
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• A team player with good communication skills
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure

• Skills:

• Experience in the dietary department or food industry is a plus
• Familiarity with food service practices
• Basic understanding of menu planning and meal preparation
• Knowledge of food safety principles
