Mera RD LLC / LaFarm is a modern-day Bistro + café with a full bar and dining area, located in the super busy Terminal 2 of the RDU Raleigh Durham International Airport. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST WE HAVE SHIFTS STARTING 4AM THRU 930PM EVERY DAY

Principle duties include: § Prepping and building salads, sandwiches, soups, and egg dishes § Using excellent knife skills § Cleaning and maintaining café equipment We are looking for candidates with the following qualities: § Some experience on a line building and plating sandwiches, salads, eggs § Proper food handling and food safety experience § Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability § Ability to work hours as early as 4 am and as late as 9:30 pm § Proven ability to work fast and maintain composure in a high volume setting § Passion for great food and providing only the best products to customers § Willingness to learn new skills and jump right in!
