Job Description As an expeditor at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to our guests. You will act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the serving team, ensuring that orders are prepared correctly and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Manage and organize food orders to ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate the flow of orders. Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before they are delivered to guests. Ensure that all food items meet company standards. Serve as the main point of contact between the kitchen and serving staff. Relay any special requests, modifications, or concerns promptly. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders quickly and efficiently. Communicate any delays or problems to the Kitchen Manager and servers. Assist kitchen staff with plating and garnishing dishes as needed. Ensure that all food is prepared according to the restaurant’s specifications. Maintain a clean and organized expediting station. Ensure that all utensils, plates, and food items are properly stored and handled. Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Assist with other kitchen duties as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Perform other tasks as assigned.
