Kitchen Staff The Clubhouse Restaurant 51 Technology Drive, Garner, NC 27529 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in culinary arts and a commitment to food safety and quality. Duties Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking various ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle food items with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination. Support the head cook or chef in executing menu items and catering orders. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other culinary tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices is essential. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods are advantageous.
