This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. We have a small prep kitchen focusing on quick bites: salads, paninis, sandwiches, and other seasonal items! Candidates must be comfortable working both alone and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all kitchen protocols for food storage, sanitation, and safety procedures. Help maintain inventory levels by reporting shortages or needed supplies to management. Skills Experience in meal preparation and food preparation within a kitchen setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of food handling. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
