Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Assist with cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing duties. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Train and mentor new team members. Restock ingredients as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Collaborate with the team for smooth operations. Requirements 3+ years experience in a fast-paced restaurant. High School Diploma preferred. Must have open availability, including weekends. Ability to safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment(stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.) Proven ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions. Open availability, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills and teamwork. Valid drivers license preferred. Working Conditions Flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Adhere to Tropical Smoothie Cafés uniform and hygiene policies. Demonstrate Tropical Smoothie Café’s core values in all interactions.
