Experienced Expo Upscale Casual Restaurant and Bar Laconia, NH 03247 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expediter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Expediter plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly to our guests. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring timely delivery to guests. Monitor the preparation of dishes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Assist cooks with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols. Support bussing efforts by helping clear tables and reset dining areas for incoming guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from customers. Uphold high standards of hospitality, providing exceptional customer service during interactions.
