KITCHEN LEAD

Reports To:

Restaurant Manager Summary of Position:

A Kitchen Lead keeps things moving in our kitchen! This person is responsible for maintaining quality and efficiency in our kitchen.

A Kitchen Lead takes initiative, they can handle working solo throughout the week and lead your team on high volume shifts during the weekends or Event. A Kitchen Lead has good time management, can work quickly on their feet and has food safety knowledge and can adjust to the “Remix Way”.

Roles & Rotations:

• FOOD PREP

• LINE COOK

• DISHWASHING & CLEANING

• STOCKING, RESTOCKING & UNLOADING

• Maintain positive attitude

• Keeping your station clean and stocked at all times
• Follows opening and closing protocalls
• Follows state guidelines for food safty and sanitation
• Can follow preventative maintence requirements for all kitchen equiptment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be on feet continuously during shift
• Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently
• Ability to jump, crawl, slide through equipment for safety checks
• Ability to work on hands and knees
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently
• Ability to climb ladders Qualifications
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check with no concerns
• Reference check(s) Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.

Compensation is $15.00 – $16.00/hour.
