In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Utilize various kitchen tools, including knives and cooking equipment, with care and precision. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes served. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Basic culinary skills, including knife handling and food preparation techniques, are advantageous. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the culinary field.
