You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience and that all food safety standards are met. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of menu items. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
