Assistant Chocolatier Thierry Atlan Moonachie, NJ 07074 Chocolatier –

Full Time Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM We’re looking for a dedicated Chocolatier with experience in pastry or chocolate work—chocolate preferred. This role involves producing high-quality confections like truffles, bars, and molded chocolates while following precise techniques and food safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

Create a range of chocolate items with consistency and care Follow detailed instructions from the chef and company recipes Prepare ingredients, manage inventory, and package finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment Support seasonal and new product development

What We’re Looking For:
