Position Overview:

Sponzilli Landscape Group, an established, high-end Landscape Design/Build company, is seeking a Maintenance Team Member able to perform the basic duties pertaining to job site maintenance and company standards. He or she assures that work is being met with the company standards of client services.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Provides quality work on job site to company and client standards. Has working knowledge of basic tools and hand-held equipment to efficiently and safely operate them. Follow Team Leader and Senior Team Member instructions to ensure quality service to clients. Takes direction from Team Leader and Senior Team Members on daily tasks and maintenance. Practices safe and efficient methods of work to maintain a safe work environment. Training on new equipment to better provide the quality standards of service to clients. Performs daily crew tasks and equipment responsibilities set by Team Leader. Conform to all company directives, management directives, company policies and procedures at all times. Adhere to all company safety regulations and ensure all crew members follow safety procedures. Supports the company’s vision, mission, and core values. Must be respectful of clients and fellow employees. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Smoke-free vehicles, client property and offices Drug-free workplace Working in seasonal weather conditions (inclement – hot and cold weather) Able to work the assigned hours from Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed.

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour
