Kitchen Team Member (Part-time) Otok Bakery 506 Grand Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030 About Us Otok Bakery is an artisanal bakery based in the heart of Hoboken, NJ. We operate with a 120 year old, 500 sq ft coal oven and we carry on the legacy of the famous Dom’s Bakery that had been there for almost 50 years. Next to baking Frank Sinatra’s favorite breads, we also offer pastries and lunches. We’ve opened our doors in December 2023 and have been growing rapidly.

Kitchen Assistant $16/hr (Great for Students!) Part-time | 4-5 hours/day |

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes and maintain a clean work area Organize and clean fridges, freezers, and storage areas Assist pastry team with simple tasks (e.g. rolling cookie dough, stuffing croissants) Support lunch prep (e.g. chopping, mixing ingredients)

Optional:

Assist front-of-house team if interested

Requirements:

Must be 16 years or older Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude No experience required — training provided
