Our next-generation hospitality model blends structure with innovation, and we’re now looking for a standout individual to step into a Mentorship Track Role —someone who can start on expo and grow into a leader alongside Karna and the core management team.

Position Summary:

This is a rare opportunity for a high-potential candidate to step into an operational leadership pipeline at GTK. You’ll start as an Expo Lead , mastering the nerve center of our order flow, then progressively take on more responsibility as an Assistant Manager in Training. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, pays obsessive attention to detail, and sees leadership as service—not status. Phase 1: Expo Operations Mastery Oversee ticket flow, kitchen pacing, and fulfillment from start to finish Ensure every order meets GTK’s accuracy, quality, and presentation standards Coordinate FOH and BOH teams in real time to maintain operational rhythm Manage drink, sauce, and packaging stations for efficiency and consistency Set the tone for urgency, clarity, and calm—even during peak service hours Phase 2: Mentorship & Leadership Development Shadow Karna and kitchen leads in daily planning, opening/closing walkthroughs, and prep meetings Begin learning staff onboarding, station SOPs, daily checklists, and operational flow logic Take ownership of team communication, feedback loops, and shift pacing Assist in coaching new team members in GTK service, quality, and kitchen culture Participate in leadership meetings and help identify areas for improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience & Skillset 1-2 years of kitchen expo, BOH/FOH coordination, or shift leadership Proven ability to manage multitasking, ticket timing, and order accuracy Strong communication skills and a systems-based mindset Personality & Mindset Reliable, process-driven, and able to command respect without ego Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow—not just do Comfortable taking initiative and offering solutions, not just feedback Leadership Readiness Takes ownership without being asked Can stay focused under pressure and make sound decisions quickly Wants to be part of something long-term—and build from within

Schedule & Availability:

Full-time availability required Evening and weekend shifts are standard during training Flexibility to shadow management hours as training advances Why GTK?
