Responsibilities Prepare and making cold-pressed juices and lite food items according to our established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling techniques. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. Support sales efforts by promoting menu items and specials. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Food prep Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred. Ability to perform retail math for accurate pricing and sales tracking. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
