Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices. Support the team by bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and inviting for guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow. Participate in banquet setups and assist with catering events as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing kitchen duties. Skills Previous experience in a bagel shop or deli.restaurant, is preferred . Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
