WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work as a team with the Head Routesetter Set high quality boulders Hold washing / organizing Obtain feedback from members and staff Periodic wall maintenance

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

(ideally): 2+ years of routesetting experience Coaching experience Ability to forerun and tweak up through V8 Seeks constructive criticism
