Position Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and creative Garde Manger / Cold Line Chef to join our culinary team. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, consistency, and presentation of our cold dishes—ranging from composed salads and crudos to deviled eggs and house-made dressings.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and plate cold appetizers, salads, dressings, terrines, charcuterie, and other cold items according to our recipes and standards Ensure proper station prep and mise en place before and during service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the garde manger station Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work closely with the Executive Chef to uphold consistency and quality Participate in daily prep and assist with inventory and rotation

Requirements:

1+ year experience in a professional kitchen, preferably on the cold line or garde manger station Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, team-first mindset, and strong communication skills Punctuality and reliability are a must

Bonus Points:
