Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities •

Food Preparation:

Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items according to Wingstop’s standards. •

Customer Service:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. •

Cash Handling:

Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash. •

Cleanliness:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms. Follow all sanitation and safety procedures. •

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. •

Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring and replenishing stock levels, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available. •

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and Wingstop’s standards. Qualifications • Has to be at least 18 years old. •

Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is a plus, but not required. •

Customer Focus:

Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. •

Team Player:

Ability to work well in a team environment. •

Communication Skills:

Good verbal communication skills. •

Dependability:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. •
