From day one, we’ve focused on quality, culture, and growth — and we’re just getting started. Role Description This is an on-site role for a Team Member (Acai & Smoothie QSR) in New York, NY. You’ll be the face of the brand — building açaí bowls, blending smoothies, and delivering great experiences. We’re looking for upbeat, reliable people who love hospitality, health, and teamwork. What You’ll Do Prepare ingredients and assemble bowls, smoothies, and other menu items with accuracy and care Ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards every time Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the shop Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to take and process customer orders Provide fast, friendly, and helpful service — every guest, every shift Answer questions, address concerns, and create positive customer interactions Restock supplies and assist with inventory and prep as needed Manage your time effectively to stay on top of cleaning, service, and food prep Communicate any product or inventory issues promptly to supervisors Foster a fun, supportive team environment and uphold our brand values What You’ll Bring A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude Flexibility and focus in a fast-paced, dynamic setting Strong teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail and pride in quality work Willingness to learn and adapt on the fly Ability to calmly handle guest concerns and support teammates during busy periods Experience in food service or retail is a plus — but not required!
