- -Responsible for efficient and proper preparation of assigned menu items and any special dietary needs
- Knowledgeable basic principles of quantity food cooking and care of equipment
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
