location for all positions in Astoria Queens Catering hours usually begin very early morning

• 3-4 am Some catering events are in the afternoons and evenings, but majority of work is from early morning to midday Catering staff need to be able to be flexible and work when needed for events and deliveries Valid driver’s license and NYC food handlers certificate a plus for these roles Catering Delivery Staff
• Catering delivery staff will be responsible to:
• assist with the organization and packing of orders
• prepare vehicle and pack orders into vehicles
• travel with driver/if delivery staff has a valid driver’s license they may be required to drive orders to delivery locations
• delivery orders and set up when necessary Catering Operations Execution Staff
• assist with organizing orders in kitchen
• organize staff scheduled to execute and deliver orders
• assist Operations manager with preparing orders and expediting orders when necessary
• check on order delivery status with both drivers and customers when necessary
• prepare order paperwork and post in kitchen area
• provide management with order updates Catering Cooks/Kitchen staff
• work in kitchen to prepare and cook catering orders
• must be able to work in environment with high volumes at concentrated times
• prepare foods and kitchen area for deliveries
• clean kitchen and workspace after deliveries are complete
• work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver high quality tasty foods
• follow kitchen protocols Cured and Co
• Charcuterie Company
• delivers high quality charcuterie boards to customers in tri-state area Cured and Co location in Ridgewood NJ, however, prep and delivery may be done in Astoria Queens as well

Charcuterie Chef:

work in kitchen to prepare and cook charcuterie catering orders

• must be able to work in environment with high volumes at concentrated times
• prepare foods and kitchen area for charcuterie deliveries
• clean kitchen and workspace after deliveries are complete
• work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver high quality tasty foods
• follow kitchen protocols Charcuterie Retail Store Clerk/Charcuterie Prep
• Positions would be in Cured and Co. location in Ridgewood NJ
• work retail store hours (span 10am-7pm)
• Be present in Retail location
• greet customers, take charcuterie orders
• prepare charcuterie boards when necessary
• communicate with management
• status of charcuterie orders
